On December 13, 2010 a Best Investor Relations Award event was held in Paris at Palais Brongniart.

Organized in partnership with the French Financial Analysts Association (SFAF) and NYSE-Euronext, this annual event recognizes companies with the best financial communications according to responses to a questionnaire sent to a selection of SFAF members that include both financial analysts and French fund managers.

For fiscal 2010, EXEL Industries, represented by Julien Perez as head of investor relations, was awarded third prize for the Mid Cap category.

RENAULT awards SAMES the robotic integration of paint solutions for its future “Zero Carbon” and “Zero industrial liquid reject” plant in Tanger (Morocco), for the coating of plastic parts.

The SAMES systems will achieve the finishing of the bumpers dedicated to 2 new vehicles of the DACIA range.

The project will involve 4 painting robots, equipped with PPH 707 Hi-TE. The impact on the environment of the Renault plant in Tanger will be reduced to a level never reached by a car making factory.

Through this project, SAMES confirms its leading position as a robotic painting integrator, working in close cooperation with the major car markers.

Within a few weeks after its release, PPH 707 EXT, the new SAMES sprayer for waterborne paints with external charge, met major successes: It exceeded expectations of large automotive manufacturers such as KIA in Korea, Great Wall and Luxgen in China and Hyundaï in Brazil.

All these car makers were convinced by its high level of transfer efficiency (which permits to achieve drastic savings), by its ability to work at high tip speeds (up to 1 meter / minute), by its ability to work hours without paint contamination and by its compact dimensions.

At the FIMA show in Zaragoza, Spain, on February 9, 2010 HARDI was awarded a prize for the new innovative application system IRIS.

The Minister of Agriculture Elena Espinosa handed over the prize of Technical Novelty to CEO of HARDI INTERNATIONAL A/S, Sten Kjelstrup, and Josep M. Godia, managing director at ILEMO-HARDI in Spain.

The IRIS application system is outstanding for its innovative spraying technique, which avoids drift to the maximum. It is simple, easy to use and secures that the application is only made in the vine.

In cooperation with TAIKISHA, one of the major Automotive integrators, SAMES will provide MARUTI SUZUKI in India. In both sites of Manesar Bumper Plant and Gurgaon Bumper Plant, the SAMES rotary atomizer PPH 707 - SB equipped with the latest Hi-TE spraying systems will permit MARUTI to provide the best finishing quality to its bumpers dedicated to the Indian vehicles. A total of 18 sprayers will be mounted on multi-axis robots for paint application with the higest transfer efficiency available on the market thanks to PPH 707 Hi-TE.

From AGRITECHNICA 2009, the HARDI COMMANDER i sprayer can be oper-ated with a virtual ISOBUS terminal. The customer can order an intelligent HARDI sprayer and use the intelligent functions like AutoWash and PrimeFlow direct from his own ISOBUS terminal.

To make easier the complex sprayer operation, the proven HARDI GRIP will be delivered with the COMMANDER i sprayer so all primary spray functions such as on/off and section switches as well as the hydraulic operation can easily and safely take place by means of a joystick. Also a SetBox will be used to operate sprayer specific equipment as TWIN air assistants or SafeTrack steering directly.

Kia Motors renews its confidence in Sames for the extension of its DYKMC production plant in China, primers and waterborne bases will be applied thanks to 500 cc Accubell; the PPH707 SB sprayer will equip the clear coat stations.
